I read a report about bias in Talent Acquisition AI saying 50% of buyers rely on the Vendor assuring them that bias is not a problem. The report was pro-AI saying it's less biased than a human (if audited) commissioned by a company that sells the auditing software. Everyone is selling something

I saw (in response to Meredith Whittaker talking about agentic AI on phones) someone saying we already give out all our data on social media anyway, so why are we concerned about more surveillance !? It's terrifying. Like, we already live in the Panopticon so why not just take off all our clothes.
