I secured $2 million for critical tram upgrades at Harry Reid International Airport. This funding will enhance the safety, reliability, and energy efficiency of trams in Terminal 1, ensuring passengers get to where they need to be.

I am proud that my Combating Organized Retail Crime Act has passed out of committee and is now on its way to the House floor. This legislation will help law enforcement better pursue and prosecute bad actors, while protecting businesses and saving consumer dollars.

5 years ago, POTUS spurred an insurrection at the Capitol with baseless claims of a rigged election. The attack on January 6th was a dark day for our country, for our brave Capitol police, and for our rule of law. May we never repeat such a despicable assault on our democracy.

I was proud to lead the effort to establish National Monuments, including Avi Kwa Ame, in Nevada. I will continue to fight the Trump Administration’s attacks on these special places.

This week, the House floor will take up the Republican PERMIT Act which exempts many of our waterways in Nevada from Clean Water Act protections. I introduced an amendment to this legislation to safeguard our waterways and ensure clean water for #OnlyinDistrictOne.
