The US Constitution didn't actually say that Blacks or women couldn't vote. You will not find that language if you spent time reading it.

I agree we should start impeachment in the House, to signal that we’re done with this manic president and his council to the world and to the Right. This is madness we’re dealing with, and it needs to stop.
