I don’t know if you’re familiar with the board game Random Note, but your WoL seems like he’d be a joy to play with while tipsy!

As part of my process of taking things easy, I c-checked in my first bag at the airport. I risked it being sent to Alaska so that my fellow travelers could have overhead bin space. The bravery. The self sacrifice. I’m living out the true Christmas spirit right now.

Some books have portions that are like walking through a dark room and stubbing your toe on every piece of furniture to get a map of where you need to be.

And the only thing worse than doing that is...not doing it.

Sending you some care and good energy. If nothing else, I hope you get to watch some good movies and rest as you process your feelings < / 3

There was also a replica of a Hebrew treasure map! One Piece, you have the means for an interesting time travel episode now.

Anyway, I had fun but I don’t know much about the Bible still. I did learn that a lot of Hebrews spoke Aramaic in their daily lives around 69AD though.

The museum did not beat Christian stereotypes of superficial care for the material of the Bible and instead showing a greater attachment to the aesthetic of faith. One of the exhibits was just an advertisement for a Christian TV show (Which I will watch, so it worked).

I ended up buying an eraser in the shape and print of the Holy Bible for a dollar…DOESN’T THAT MEAN THE HOLY WORD CAN BE ERODED EASILY BY THE MISTAKES OF OTHERS? It could be a poignant metaphor, but I think it was just a thoughtless bit of merchandizing.
