Non diabetics have no need whatsoever for a constant glucose monitor.

What's the point? That it tells you everything you eat has an acute effect on your blood-glucose levels?

There's nothing you can do with that information. Save your money!

Are hyperpalatable, hyper processed foods healthy? Not in isolation.

But as a small part of an otherwise healthy lifestyle, all they do is bring a little joy.

Any self-professed "expert" who dogmatically demonises foods is probably not evidence-based.
