So basically in a couple of months we are all gonna have to decide if we should do things like “follow the law” & “respect authority” …or more basically “keep your head down” or “don’t call attention”…

The situation is so dangerous because it basically means that democracy itself is on the ballot in every election.
This isn’t going to change anytime soon either, as the power centers of conservative / Republican politics are firmly in the hands of a radicalizing anti-democratic movement.
