How far have we come where people are truly discussing the value of a cure for humanity in terms of money? I mean what if one of them could be cured for life? It is in all our best interests beyond a dollar figure.
We possess the technology to create products that nearly never break. We were doing it in the 70's & 80's.

Then came 'planned obsolescence' - intentionally designing products to become obsolete or break quickly within a set time frame.

This is that- but in reverse.
