It would be great for Dems if the Republicans ended the filibuster. Long term it helps them much more than us, which is why Republicans didn't want to do it.

King and Shaheen were terrible spokespeople, and Schumer was even worse last showdown. The messaging under Schumer is appalling.

Replacing Schumer would effectively nullify that problem. A new sheriff in town vibe would be get attention and reset vibes.
With the right new leader and some results, it could be powerful, which is of course why senate Dems won't do it.
