I use 300mcg of Melatonin 3 hours before bed. Has been very helpful in maintaining a schedule!

In the US, it's often sold at massive doasages like 3mg, 5mg or 10mg. That stuff's counter productive.
I have ADHD and the drug that impacted me practically the most is.. Melatonin and good sleep hygiene. I just didn't understand the value of that before.
