I was nervous about the trade initially but as of right now seems like a big win for the Padres. Miller is a far more valuable commodity right now than Leo.

I’m ok with it because I’m confident that the return AJ gets will be worth it. I’m also ok with him getting 600 ABs in LF for the Padres in 2026. 🤷♂️

The 2nd time he was elected spoke volumes about our country Steven. Like you said, there were no excuses about not knowing who he was, and 77M+ people were ok with his racism. We have to accept that reality, as ugly as it is.

I think this is where the blockbuster chatter comes from. Marlins are perfect trade partners; they have the starting pitching AJ covets, they have lots of financial room to add superstar salaries, and several of our players are great fits culturally in Miami.

No they don’t. JMU beat 7 bowl eligible teams. 3 of Duke’s wins were against trash teams (Elon, Syracuse, and UNC). I concede that Duke has better wins, but losses matter as well.

Noah is one of my biggest internet follow mistakes. Early on I found his twitter content worthwhile before he started getting everything wrong and turning into a complete douchebiscuit.

I disagree. I think a yes vote can simply be a judgment call that the overall package, while not acceptable, is preferable to the alternative. 🤷♂️

Thx for sharing - this brief is on point and the distinguishing facts (FCC actually has pending action in front of it now as Carr made his threat) make it far more agregious than what the Manhattan institute argued was an abuse of power in the NRA case. Hypocrites, all of them.
