You don’t have to like any of Russia’s governments but a take that reductive is the epitome of chauvinism.

Taking an entire nation and reducing it to a good/bad binary leads to some very dark alleys of thought.

And for the record the Order of Lenin was a legit award, recipients are statesmen, cosmonauts, scientists, engineers, writers, directors, composers, even whole fucking cities for their resistance against the Nazi scourge in WW2.
