Being back home for a family celebration we were drawn to Anfield to witness the shock and sadness at the death of Diogo and his brother Andre. People of all ages and nationalities were there many in tears and carrying flowers, mementoes, shirts etc.

Seen the curse of Social Media tonight. Instant jumping to conclusion re it is Islamic terrorism and speculation that it is probably someone who came here on a boat. Posts with a picture of a young black man ( originally posted on X) which has been reposted thousands of times of the "driver".
