I think it’s some kind of monkey-brain instinct thing because, since the election, I’ve been hitting the gym like a possessed person, as well as playing soccer and doing yoga weekly (I have never done the latter things as an adult). I’ve lost 15 pounds while adding muscle. Sub-consciously prepping.
