75.8kg yesterday morning weigh in. 500g put on during the week had me a little disappointed in myself. After this morning 10k & shower, 74.7kg 😀 Dare say I'm pretty fit now to lose 1.1kg just like that. The disappointment stuff can take a hike in the future 😊 I've got this😎

Made some progress yesterday getting this 35 year old turntable playing properly. Pulled the bottom off and got some oil into the motor and now it spins at proper speed. Original rubber slip mat disintegrated, so I need to replace that. But it will be nice to listen to vinyl again.

Mostly about maintenance now. Trying to think of what I might've eaten (same ol menu but maybe the 2 extra coffees a day) to blow me out by 500g considering the steps put in this week. Or, maybe just an off week. The app remembered my 96kg from June 2024 on my old busted Fitbit 3😱
