It is infantilizing to assume autistic people are somehow incapable of learning and understanding the impact of our actions. We are. So if a seig heil was a manifestation, which it wouldn't be but if it was, a well intentioned autistic person would feel immense shame at the least.

People are always quick to invoke the autism defense when someone, 99.9993 percent of the time a white man, does something horrible or says something really gross.
I have never seen anyone invoke that defense for benign autistic traits that creep out NTs, like infodumping.

managed to get through the holidays without getting a migraine so i consider that a win.
