Not at all. You're also seeing if the company is a good fit for *you*.

Consequently, I've taken paycuts after discovering the environment was more relaxed. To me, balancing daily stress and pay is most important. What good is a big paycheck if you burn yourself out to get it?

Oh, I should have checked. I guess that account is not active. Well, he's got YouTube, but I'm not interested in driving more traffic to Google products, so head to his website by clicking the link.

Hunting for an omnibus now! The panels and arcs I've seen you post make this sound up my alley, but I missed it due to not getting into comics til my late teens

You can have the absolute best possible evidence, proof or scientific approach when it comes to policy-making, but visceral emotion and prejudice will always cloud it unless we learn to control our reactions to things. As Frank Herbert's characters famously litanized "Fear is the mind-killer."

Managed to see the Aurora while on the roof, and of course she was beautiful. Our trip to Iceland was eye-opening in a lot if ways.

Expanding on this, *thinking* is hard, and you need to think to do comedy; two hard things.

Is it possible that comedians just get tired, the state of being exausted becoming the bit, leaving cynical, sometimes whiny takes that are none the less relateable to most of audience that aged with them?

Through improvements in education with a focus on better communication, information processing and empathy, the Tyrannical Tools of the Oligarchy would have little power, if any at all. A slow healing process, to be sure, but one we must allow for the good of the future, beyond our lifetimes.

Voters have been influenced by oligarch-controlled media since its inception. The AI Problem is just another tool in that box. So what's the common denominator? The oligarchs? Maybe. Or is it that people aren't properly taught to separate signal from noise, and is that a fixable problem? I say yes.
