How quickly they forget that it was the doers that kept the country running during the pandemic. It wasn't the historians or politicians. It was the retail workers, the farmers, the lorry drivers, the nurses, cleaners, carers (and doctors).

Before anyone yells why can't a migrant speak English, how good is your Farsi, Urdu or Bangla?

Speaking schoolchild french isn't speaking another language.
