I stepped on a banana peil in the parking lot and it did cause a cartoonish slip and fall. As soon as I realized what I'd stepped on, I couldn't stop laughing.

A mystic is just someone who practices mysticism -a very broad term not specific to any particular faith-. Kabalism, for example, is Jewish mysticism. I don't necessarily share there beliefs, but I wouldn't call them frauds.

I intend to cut these patterns out, fold them along the guide lines and tape them to the wood round after I've applied a little graphite to the other side -because I don't feel like buying transfer paper-. Then, trace the pattern to the wood.

Then, I designed the patterns aligned them with the circles. I added guide lines and mirrored the pattern a quarter inch from it's partner and added guide lines for precise cutting and folding. The rounds are a quarter inch thick.

Each wood round is a slightly different size and I wanted to make sure the patterns aligned correctly when printed. The wood blanks and the groups within the *.svg file are numbered appropriately.

The first thing I did was trace the rounds onto a sheet of paper and scan it into Inkscape. Then, I aligned the scan to the document page in Inkscape so I could create circles for each round as true to scale as possible.

I generally consider myself an environmentalist and I just want to put out that paper is not a major cause of deforestation. Generally paper is made from fast growing pulp trees that are harvested and replanted. The primary cause of deforestation is human expansion, mostly for farm land.

May still be too complex for these, but I will use it for a different project if it doesn't work out.
