BBC News' pushing a negative view of immigration, that everyone in the country agrees with (they don't) seems at odds with their infuriating 'two equal sides to every argument' policy. Apparently, opinions of equal weight only apply in regards of climate change, racism, insurrection and genocide.

Watched this again recently on the US blu ray (with comes with twisted Dirk Bogarde psychodrama Cast A Dark Shadow). A great early serial killer thriller, with terrific performances and tons of atmosphere.

LONELY WATER (1973): Legendary child-frightener, and one of the most influential and effective PIFs ever made. Donald Pleasence's voice helped lower the number of child deaths by drowning and opened the door to the scary, deadly PIFs of the 70s & 80s. A folk horror film condensed into 90 seconds.
