Sure, but we've seen him craft very clever ways to slow down, stop, and eventually kill (if necessary) his enemies. And in Masked Empire, he's still at a point where he needs true allies to accomplish his goal. He can be impulsive sometimes sure but this feels a bit extreme given their history

I think it's why the confrontation between Elizabeth and him is the scene that stuck with him. Costuming had him in the sluttiest outfit possible while hers is a bare suggestion of the fantasy of the sexy nightgown. The entire scene is set as if it's sexy af but everything is actually revolting

RIGHT?! While costuming+lighting+his beautiful photography still presented him as People Magazine's Hottest Industrial Dandy. But acting+the facial expressions GDT focuses on made the skin crawl. Brilliant, just brilliant
