I think coaches need time to develop just like players do, but man, Joe Brady seems completely out of his depth. Maybe don’t force the ball to gassed players one snap after they just sprinted for a 40 yard gain? #BillsMafia #NFL

It’s actually really hard to know what you’re doing in the gym. The VAST majority of advice and guidelines are at best incomplete and at worst blatantly wrong and unsafe. Do your research and check your sources 💪🏻 🤓 #fitnesssky #gymsky

I feel sick for Jayson Tatum. One thing that’s overlooked with these injuries is that stiff shoes with elevated heels chronically shorten and weaken the Achilles. Less ankle mobility = less ability to handle stretch under load = increased injury risk. #fitnesssky #NBA
