Anyone saying deaths in Gaza have plateaued is lying. “Israel” intentionally destroyed all the infrastructure needed to track deaths, from the Health Ministry to every single hospital. People are starving, sick—they’ll be finding bodies for months after a ceasefire. It’s *bad*.
