There has been zero evidence that Democratic primary elections are rigged. Similarly, I can’t account for the interference of ghosts or space aliens in our elections.

I mean the free public schools available to every child in the United States.

really can’t say enough about how mike johnson is a sniveling little coward of a man. a bayou-bred pushover with a dignity deficit that would embarrass renfield

Q: Do you agree that the mayor of Chicago and governor of Illinois should be in prison?

MIKE JOHNSON: Should they be in prison? I'm not the attorney general. I'm not following the day to day on that

Johnson and Lauer are stalling.

If Grijalva isn’t sworn in, it gives them time to pressure one of the 4 Republicans who signed the discharge petition to flip.

The reason they’re working this hard to shield the Epstein files is because Trump’s name is all over them.

RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES

I wrote legal editorials for the Post for a hot minute many years ago, and I was constantly anxious about making sure I got the details right. This editorial is just humiliating for everyone involved

I spent more than a decade at The Post. It was good to me and I was proud to work there. I’ve largely refrained from being critical since I left. But this framing of the special counsel probe is embarrassing and flatly wrong. Stunning, but not. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...

Good people will be deterred from public service if they see a meaningful risk of winding up in jail afterward.

The Oregon national guard general says if the Oregon National guard were to be deployed they would be instructed under his leadership to protect the protesters not ICE.

Public schools should be mandatory and funding should be allocated equally on a per capita basis in every state.

The answer is to get involved in the primaries and change the party. Lime the tea party takeover of the GOP but from the left.

The most memorable things a teacher ever said to me is “you are what you do. not what you can do. Not what people think you can do. Not what you think, say, or believe. Who you are is what you actually DO.” Changed me forever.

Horrifying. And the surveys also found AI use in schools strongly correlated with data breaches and deep fakes used to sexually harass and bully students [who are children!].

I can’t believe I have to say this, but historically, masked men who kidnap families in the middle of the night are usually not the good guys.

Adelita Grijalva won her election fair and square.

Now House Speaker Mike Johnson is refusing to swear her in because she would be the final signature to release the Epstein files.

Mr. Speaker, respect democracy. Obey the law. Swear Representative Grijalva in immediately.

I feel like this photo of masked, armed men pepper spraying a pastor protecting his community is going to be a defining picture of this moment in America for a long, long time.

This is a stereotype pushed by the insurance companies—it’s the same tactic with tort reform. PI plaintiffs attorneys fight for people to get money from insurance companies while insurance companies try to take as much money as they can while withholding the payments they are obligated to make.

Personal injury attorneys spend all their time fighting insurance companies to get them to pay people’s bills like they’re supposed to. They seem like natural allies.

Pam Bondi admits she spoke to Apple to "get the ICEBlock app taken down." Sounds an awful lot like coercion to suppress disfavored speech to me. A clear violation of the 1st Amendment.

Bondi claims that the ICEBlock app was "criminal in that people were posting where ICE officers lived"
