Russian food!! Kompot, a sweet fruit drink of stone fruit, apples, and berries! Mushroom julienne, mushrooms sauteed and cooked with a sour cream sauce, topped with cheese. Chicken thighs, braised in a tomato sauce, garnished with loads of fresh herbs! See you all soon :)
