Just a guy. Learning this life thing as I go.
The degree to which I am burnt out at work cannot be described in words that exist in our modern vernacular.

I’m exhausted, trapped, disinterested, and have no clear options to make any significant changes.

This is so disingenuous. Assuming Newsom hates trans people because he doesn’t agree with you about them in sports is dumb. You can recognize their right to exist and have equal rights but also hold this opinion. Burning the house down for an uber minority is ridiculous.
man he really hates trans people huh. what is going on in your head where you think harris was one charlie kirk beer summit away from flipping all the swing states she lost?

Finally pulled the trigger and permanently deleted Facebook and Instagram. I can no longer support the dangerous leadership and blind greed and selfishness of Mark Z. So long. You won’t be missed.

Two years ago, I was on a cruise ship with my then-husband and three kids. He embarrassed me by taking it as an opportunity to mess around with some other gays on the ship. I left him three weeks later.
Best. Decision. Ever.
I have since found the love of my life and I’m not looking back.

Black eyed peas and greens for good luck and fortune. A mandatory new years tradition!
May your year be full of goodness and contentment.

Yes, the man who notoriously cracks hilarious jokes that make millions and millions of people laugh during his Netflix standup specials is being “humorous” about annexing a sovereign nation. Toronto isn’t Crimea.

There’s no real leaders because the geriatrics refuse to loosen their grip on power so the true leaders are all burned to the ground (see: 2024 General Election).

284 days away from my wedding and I’ll tell you, I’m struggling to get a hold of my eating and get on any kind of healthy regimen.

Independent journalism was cool while it lasted.

@angryblacklady.bsky.social this made me think of something you’d say.
Hello, Supreme Court? This is Leonard Leo. Yes. Opus Daddy. Case coming in to ban abortion pills nationwide.

States rights? Originalism? Hilarious. You know what to do.

Yes, time to revive slave laws to track red state women getting abortions in blue states.

States Rights? 😂😂😂

there’s a screenshot going around tonight of a v well paid columnist’s lazy take and this sums it up. no one is saying the victim didn’t rise above his station, but you might wanna think about why most people don’t want to talk about that
My view is that extrajudicial vigilante killings are not good, but the incuriosity of well-compensated columnists about why millions of people’s horrific, life-changing experiences with a sprawling, cruel, bankruptcy-inducing health care system might lead them to feel differently makes me really sad

And they are all reaching the find out phase of fucking around with residential elections. The man isn’t going to do a godt damn thing to help anyone who isn’t rich or who won’t make him richer.

I vacillate between utter disgust and complete disdain for this creature. I am absolutely ashamed this country made this decision.
President-elect Trump said in an interview with Time magazine that he’ll use his first hours in office to pardon people convicted of participating in the Jan. 6 Capitol assault, begin deportations of undocumented immigrants and increase oil production. Follow updates. nyti.ms/3BtnvgK

We truly should be ashamed of ourselves as a country. This is ridiculous and shouldn’t ever be acceptable. These hard working public servants should have absolutely everything they need to teach our children.
Every time I read the local news and see a teacher who was awarded a $250 grant for her classroom, I understand that she spent hours of her own time applying for it. Writing it. Going through a submission process.

For $250. For her classroom…

Jimmy Carter pardoned his brother Billy Carter who took over $200,000 from Libya as its foreign agent.

George H.W. Bush pardoned his son Neil Bush for his role in the S&L scandals of the 1980s.

Nobody thinks those pardons defined either presidency.

Joe Biden's pardon of Hunter Biden won't either.
