Why does this matter? It heightens tensions between U.S. and Russia. Trump says there's a naval blockade on Venezuela’s oil exports and will stop sanctioned vessels. These 3 ships were recently in Venezuela, under U.S. sanctions, and now fly Russian flag. www.nytimes.com/2026/01/06/w...
