Thanks to our brilliant volunteers, we’ve collected over 50kg of hazelnuts this year! 🌰

Hazel is a key #rainforest species - one of the first to establish in the west after the last Ice Age, 10,000 years ago.

We're working with @wtscotsocial.bsky.social to boost the availability of native trees

Rewilding our rivers means nature can do what it does best. Natural riverbeds, with their #wetlands, meanders, and floodplains absorb heavy rainfall, slowing water flow and reducing flash floods.

Lets give rivers space to be #wild! A win for nature, a win for people 🙌

We're passionate about connecting people with nature. Through hands-on activities and education, we invite individuals to step into the process of rewilding.

In doing so, people become stewards of the environment, forming a lasting bond with the landscapes and wildlife they help bring back to life.

🍄 #Fungi on this fallen birch log are helping to keep the forest alive. Without them, dead leaves and needles would pile up. These amazing decomposers break down organic matter, returning nutrients to the soil for plants to use again.

They also give the forest its wonderful #autumnal smell! 🍂
