I think the sadder part of this, besides two weeks of silence for a half assed response, is that this platform had a chance to be awesome and you all massively fumbled it. A great community was handed to you with a bow and you still fucked it up and the best of this platform are leaving.

The job of the CEO is to take all the heat when the team makes a mistake and to give them all the credit when they succeed. Using the words “we’re sorry” and not “I’m sorry” shows you are still learning this. I recommend you seek executive coaching asap. It’s only going to get harder from here.
