doing some experiments, this is gonna be used for modular weapons, still gonna require a bit more tests to see if can work but the car frame is parented to the player's hand its good start i need to figure out how to store weapon infomation like whats parts make it up in inventory

thinking gonna redo how i was doing tool crafting instead of crafting handle and head its gonna simplify to use a new wood resource so trees will go to chopped wood> use has a general craft material like pickaxe requires 3 copper ingots plus 2 chopped wood, then for blocks 10 chopped to 10 logs

dang it just thought of a reason why my game starts lagging i forgot to delete instance related nodes when the player moves far away, acting like a slow memory leak just when the player moves around

got a npc list working to give commands from, this gonna work like if you have them on a follow mode but build is on they will follow the player till they get in range of place they can build, ill add other movement modes such has search and the goto

its a bit better less phasing but still need to tune it a bit better so it doesnt float on edges and needs tuning on what it can climb so it doesnt climb walls

i think this gonna be the main way i do copying of structures using a reference point in space to build the structures, just need to work on a couple of other things to make the process smoother

i think something i am gonna attempt for command menu is list of current available npcs under the player's control, that has some buttons to set them to certain modes like build follow and goto home locations

i gave up on astar pathing but this works decently well it looks ahead a little bit sees if blocks exist then find the lowest candidate to move up to it get stuck sometimes but now it path upwards

may have possible path finding it sometimes gets stuck under floating blocks, and phases through blocks but it sorta works

getting the npc to stand on blocks, npcs currently have no pathing they just try and find away around the objects or over them, i hope i get away with the lack of pathing

got the keybinds working, not all the keybinds are in yet but this decent start for quality of life, a other thing i heard that is suppose to be added is a feature to disable view bobbing
but not sure how to do that since the bobbing comes from armature animations

been think on how i wanna do the blueprints i think im gonna do something like how a minecraft mod does it minecolonies,
where you have a block to place the blueprint would be built around that block, something along those lines

i may limit the player to go a distance of 2000 then once the player gets to a world border the scene can change to a different sub world, the distance limit for all sides would be -2000 to 2000, i could up a bit more but for now i think ill do that
