Since it was unseasonably hot today, we fired up the grill to 450 degrees for spareribs and chicken wings and then added macaroni and cheese and roasted vegetables to compete the “it should be autumn but it still feels like Summer” meal.

The halftime show is crafted for artists who have peaked a few years ago— or who at least have a body of work that is about a decade in. That’s how you get someone ~everyone~ knows (more or less). They are not trying to be cutting edge. This isn’t anywhere near Coachella.

There is no such thing as a causal method. Everything depends critically on the assumptions made. Greater credibility applies if you can directly test all of the assumptions necessary for a causal interpretation, but that is more often the exception than the norm.
