I just went through this with Outlook, anytime you highlight text a bubble pops up with a single Copilot option, since I click and highlight as a reading tick I kept triggering it and had to disable Copilot completely to make it go away

My take is that if you conflate how you treat real humans and LLMs you’ve got two problems
Security, companies will use it against you, and already are
And it dehumanizes real people because your habit-forming will go the other way
