After how crushing Godflesh were on Streetcleaner and Pure I was kinda let down by Selfless. Wasn't expecting them to invent post-metal, but it does make sense with the direction they were going. Them going nu metal on Songs of Love and Hate was a bit surprising though. Sellouts. 😆

I gotta say it's hard being a fan of that hazbin hotel show and having a modicum of media literacy but it's also very rewarding because luckily the show itself doesn't bother catering to mirthless 15 year olds who only know about interpersonal politics from fanfic tropes. you'd never know it though
