There's too much money involved for me to ever believe the draft is rigged.... but the odds gods are really testing my faith. If it's not rigged, it's entirely anti-competitive and just gross all around to continue to reward the same organizations.

I spent weeks talking myself into #5 being good enough and today was an easy day. As soon as I tuned in, all that went out the window and all the sudden my good feeling was contingent on getting 1-3, and Spurs/7ers not moving up. Absolute nightmare result for my pysche.

There's absolutely a legal reason to do so. At best, acknowledging the accusations only puts the team at risk when they can cut him for football reasons at will. There's no reason for them to take that risk.

How would you even know? Because they didn't get guys you liked? What scouting did you do? What are the needs as defined in the front office? Post draft doomers are embarrassing.

I'm a high school counselor and my school has spent the better part of the last two days planning how to handle it if ICE were to come to our school to take a student. I could have been working on college planning, instead I'm figuring out how to deal with federally funded kidnapping. Great.
