So far it’s going well! When I instinctively go to pick up my phone to brain rot or scroll, I remember my intention to not do that & turn to the book I’m reading instead (shout-out to @eliwoodsgheist.com who wrote the first book I’m reading in 2026! 🎉)

I deleted Instagram off my phone a few days ago, and turned off being able to easily view YouTube shorts. I’m exhausted by short-form video mindless scrolling culture/brain rot. I wasted so much time on that in 2025!
