No doubt chicken is worse. Their point seemed to be that cans & boxed chicken are wheeled out a pallet-full at a time & left there while books are on tables in 25-unit stacks that have to be replenished throughout the day. I think it'd be fun if the floor was full of only book-filled pallets.
