DHS agents raided a Columbia building last night and seized Mahmoud Khalil, a grad student who negotiated on behalf of the student protesters last year.

It remains important to say true things, including that they are breaking the law.
The protections of SSA data are statutory and set by Congress; the Executive branch is not Constitutionally permitted to override them.
