capital one has sent me a new debit card that carries the Discover logo rather than MasterCard or Visa?
So they wasted a bunch of money buying a brand that nobody takes and insists that they’re going to make it work.
Capital ones HQ sits on the toll and even THEY don’t accept Discover. Bravo
