I feel it is useful (to me) to show my work. In part because it demonstrates no AI was engaged in the making of the image. But also because I can see my ideas changing as I discover what I’m drawing. I start with a bunch of squiggles and have to decide what I feel they are.

If you are setting up a factory generating and distributing CSAM, be sure to also print some leaflets for politicians and have a notice board for journalists to post links to their stories.

Then it will be “impractical” to shut your factory down.

The statement itself is a series of unintentional admissions of wrongdoing, of course. It includes the confirmation that the company has *knowingly* chosen to continue to facilitate the creation of non-consensual images by paying customers.

Note the specific offence of *selling* in Section 5 below

I realise that this idea might seem so far-fetched as to be not really what is being proposed. So take a look at the description attached from the Irish Examiner, where the head of Coimisiún na Meán explained how age verification should work as a "gold standard"

The evidence of the customers is also held by X and an investigation should encompass them also. But Section 9 of the Act holds company officers liable if the company breaches Section 5.

And X Internet Unlimited Company is a known entity in a known location.

The definition clause in Section 2(1)(d) requires the purpose of the image to be assessed. Does it “indicate or imply”, as it describes.

Section 5 also needs an assessment of intent for some of the offences, as they require to have been actions performed “knowingly”.
