Lots of people told me I was fucking stupid for walking away from major releases for not having those protections. I'd rather be an "irrelevant D-list actor" than fed into a machine without my consent.

Additionally, I was offered "NO AI" clauses that were not protected by union arbitration while the same companies were ACTIVELY REFUSING AI PROTECTIONS with the union during strike negotiations. Why would I ever believe them?
