Ebyssian 100% needs to have highmountain tauren horns in his black aspect form, so since Blizzard won't do it, I will give this black dragon the horns he deserves 🐂

So it seems Blizzard did in fact decided to change this dialogue about the Revantusk, the new one mentions Jintha'alor being claimed by the Revantusk in the Horde. The removal of 'some traditions' and 'Torntusk warriors' seems to be done for less separation between the two outside of loyalty.
