Yeti painted for my Norse Blood Bowl team. He was fiddly to assemble and paint. Worth it I think! He’s an expensive but Claw can help against high AV teams and pieces.

FLGS was clearing out Star Wars Legion for 40-70% off. My buddies play so that was my gateway in. Got a doubles game tonight with my newly painted Rebel troops!

Couldn’t make it to Adepticon but I did nearly finish my Norse Blood Bowl team this weekend. Just need to settle on basing and they’ll be ready to play.

Had a fun day of Saga Age of Magic over the weekend and managed 3rd place with my Mantic Chaos Dwarfs running as Horde. Once they get I. Charge range, look out!

Goblin Rock Lobber done. GW packs a LOT of detail on each model. It’s going to take some time to finish this army. Also, pic of my themed coffee mug. 😁

And done! T-28 and SU-122 are 3D prints. The Katy is by Rubicon. Now to paint something other than Bolt Action. Got ACW Epic and Old World Orcs in the queue. 😅

Riding a post-event high, I’m working on 4 Soviet vehicles. The T-28 looks like a land battleship. Armored platoons are a fun option in Bolt Action 3.

I got “Best Painted” for my 241st Soviet Tank brigade at Operation Snafu (Stalingrad themed) this weekend. The painters and display boards are so good at this event. See for yourself. Happy and a bit surprised I broke through. I need to step up my display board. 😅

Day 1 of Operation Snafu is over! My Soviets are on a major win and tie. After Bolt Action, I got in my 1st game of Blood Bowl with my new Savage Orc team. Managed a 2-1 win over Skaven. 🐭

My Soviets painted for Operation Snafu-a 2 day Axis vs. Allies Bolt Action event themed on Stalingrad. My list/theme is the 241st Tank Brigade, barely trained on their Stuart tanks. Themed events are great, can't wait to throw some dice.

At Operation Snafu (Bolt Action) this month, I’m running a themed “Death Ride of the 241st Tank Brigade” list. They went into battle with little training on their lend-lease Stuart tanks.

After a lifetime of historical gaming, 2024 is the year I started playing other games. I fell for Blood Bowl this summer and am now in for Old World Orcs and Goblins. WiP on a lovely Punga Miniatures Savage Orcs team.
