This project still isn't done. Rectifier and amp tubes have been replaced. All filter caps and most paper caps replaced.
The audio distorts to shit after about 10-15 minutes of running.
I'm thinking I still have a failing resistor or another bad capacitor in the amp circuit...

It’s mostly complete. One fan blade is off by a few mm probably, but I’m afraid adjustments will make vibrations worse. It’s not that bad anyway.
