I’m almost done with my markdown app, Grain, and will see about release it for Alpha testing next week.

Will provide screenshots and functions soon, but I’m pretty excited about it.

Goal is to create a simple and hassle free text / markdown editor they just works - I think I did just that.

This is when iPhone peaked, in my opinion.

Really hoping (needing) Apple to fix MacOS 26.

Anyone seeing something positive out of these betas?

I wanted a quick and simply way to write in markdown; Templates are done in the settings, YAML, Headings, Etc. can be added easily and fully customizable.

Specifically wanted a way to quickly add to @obsidian.md or Notion (pending)

Quick Take: I think apple did the right thing to join up with Google. Apple let the other companies invest in an "unknown" future of AI/LLMs and came out still on top and without the gamble of a bubble popping.
