As a librarian, I give you permission to read books for any age. Those books in particular absolutely hold up for adult readers. Read what you want and what brings you joy, regardless of the intended audience

Why are those people always so proud about it too. They were unable to make your own presentation, so why should we assume they know anything about the topic?

My sister did that all the time. Can we not just enjoy the quiet, especially when no one is even in the room
