The main questions are then A) if the size of these ships matches up to what you use in your own games, and B) if the prices seem reasonable for what you'd spend for a similarly sized ship? With the above, it would probably cost you about $50 to buy a decently sized Human Union fleet, for example.

Here's another pic of the ships when they were still waiting to be cured, along with some prospective ship prices based on the amount of resin required to print them and their support materials. Larger ships cost more due to more material, while the escorts are extremely cheap.

As you can see in those two images, the escorts and fighters fit into a single hex, whereas the larger ships fit into multiple hexes, with cruisers being 2 hexes long and capital ships being about 3 hexes long. The idea being that you probably will only have one or two capital ships on the table.

And here's a mix of "Human" ships from two different settings. The metal ship in the middle is a Union Monitor, with an identical 3d printed version just above it, and then an improved version above that. I think I need to separate the guns from the new version.

Here's a picture of some of the Sshel'ath ships, showing a mix of the old metal and new 3d printed versions on a 1.25" hex map for scaling purposes. The metal miniatures we did 20 years ago, whereas most of these 3d printed ones are "new" models that next got released in the old days.

And they're always milling about. Those little eyes watching. Observing. Waiting. Yes, the grand conspiracy of the Corgis is afoot. And we are merely their unwitting pawns.

What are they doing so close to the ground? What do they know that we don't? 🤔

I'm still in the process of actually getting any of my test prints painted, of course, since I model and print things far faster than I could ever get them painted and used! 😝

Yeah, I think some people spend all their time doomscrolling which, hey, I can understand it in the hell world we find ourselves in. It just degrades your mental health without any real objective benefits, but I understand it's a coping mechanism for some people. A way to stay engaged without effort

My timeline is periodically heavy on the RT when I'm spiraling or not working on anything that I feel is worth sharing. I have had to mute a few people that are just constantly RT'ing hundreds of posts every day, though. Signal to noise becomes a real problem.
