I went back & forth with a label for 3 months on an animated lyric video for a former member of one of my fav bands. The label had approved it & we were waiting on the artist to sign off, he was taking too long & we decided to kill the project. This didn't have to happen, respect people's time.

I used to be excited about new projects, now I avoid them like the plague. I'm just not seeing a release strategy that recoups my investment. Every company I worked for or with is gone or scaled back to the point that their operations are being run by a guy in cargo shorts.

I cannot stress how bad reviewers are for audio equipment on YouTube. I just watched a video of a guy evaluating a pair of AKG K240 Studio Headphones, he was wearing them backwards while complaining that he could not EQ properly with them. 😒
