Please make it stop!
Utterly disgusting. What a shameless monster. And his wife and children clearly don’t see this as an issue. I suppose it’s mild for him!

No - he stopped after he had his stroke and she had to nurse him back to health but he was a serial offender.

He did this in 2015, proudly, in public - tens of millions of Americans voted for him, most three times. Trump’s the symptom of a nation that has lost its sense of decency.

But don’t get me started on Andrew Marr who is an utterly loathsome man. I feel sorry for his poor wife whose father was the admirable Jack Ashley MP and to whom Marr has been serially unfaithful with much younger colleagues and he has used super-injunctions to muzzle the truth.

I like what he does - I am grateful he exists. He’s essentially an agent for truth and progress but I saw him live asked directly about Sangeeta M and he just pushed the corporate li(n)e without a pause for breath. He’s human, he needs to pay his mortgage - I don’t despise him for that or at all.

Yes the American people in their wisdom decided that rather than jail them when they were bankrupt they’d give them the sort of wealth that can’t be spent by a million gambling and cocaine addicts in a thousand years. They’ll be fine.

In a world of sewer pipes churning out disinformation JOB is merely one rare conduit least encrusted with excrement. Use it, be thankful for its existence but never make the mistake of drinking from it thinking it’s pure. He has a living to make - if he crosses a line bang go the school fees!

All broadcasters are flawed. You just go with the least worst. There is no doubt that Global sets editorial limits on them. O’B lied like a true team player over the sacking of Sangeeta M. I’ve noticed Lewis G has also had his horns trimmed. At the end of the day the boss can just terminate them.

But it’s not Trump is it - the people who put Trump into power (not the idiot voters who’ll be lucky to ever vote again) could dispense with him in a second but this constant creation of chaos suits their plans at the moment. Trump was the hors-d’œuvre - the main course will be even less palatable.

What an incredibly cruel world. What a senseless way for two decent, kind human beings to die. Yes, these things happen all the time but these deaths seem strangely apposite in today’s America - just like the shootings of schoolchildren and college students. Dreadful.

Lots of us fell for that - the problem is Starmer still hasn’t realised.

Well, perhaps if their economy is booming we could go and live, work, study or retire there? Is there possibility some organisation we could join that might allow us to do that or do I just get to live in Dubai with « ex-pats » who move there to escape brown-skinned migrants? Asking for a friend.

Putin came to power in 1999/2000. In his first year the Kursk disaster nearly ended it all for him. He responded with false flag acts of domestic terrorism and absolute oppression. He’s “won” many elections since then - he’s destroyed his country and others and he shows no sign of going soon.

Agree - at least lance the pustule and administer a course of strong antibiotics.

We need to remember that these people are our servants not the other way around. You wouldn’t employ a plumber with the lack of due diligence we give our politicians. It’s time consuming but if you aren’t informed and involved you get shafted AND the rest of us get shafted with you!
December 12, 2025 at 5:47 PM
No I think the tens of millions who voted for him (most three times) constitute the greatest betrayal of the USA.
December 12, 2025 at 3:18 PM
Yes but a huge amount of denial about: 1)The vote was “stolen” 2)Those who voted for him were “conned”. The truth is that well over 75m voted for him and over 85m did nothing to stop him. If they didn’t know who he was by 2024 they need to be institutionalised and sedated for their own safety.
