This session explores how leading organizations are rethinking research partnerships in response to global pressures. Cramer will also be joined by Ann Gabriel, SVP, Elsevier; Shiv Krishnan, VP Search & Evaluation, Daiichi Sankyo; and Tony Boccanfuso, President & CEO, UIDP. James J. Hudgens, our newly appointed President and CEO, has an extensive leadership background in government, national labs, and now the nonprofit research sector. For this event, he reflected on what it means to lead a mission-driven research enterprise in today’s landscape—and why cross-sector partnerships must be intentional, agile, and aligned with public impact.
