I think you’d have to be an especially heinous human being for me to cut ties with you. I’m talking Aaryn Gries from BB15, Matt Hearn from HK16, or Ethan Quayle from BBCAN9 (for the real ones who remember that menace).
Vince did very disagreeable things, but he ain’t F- tier bad to be fair.

Here's a chart of all the episodes and who should sing.
I included no Aftermaths since they're non-competitors (discounting Mildred IG), and I greyed out areas if there was precedent for ppl to not be singing. Like being on an opposing team, or not being anywhere near the singers singing.

All things considered, for Courtney's non-inclusion, SPECIFICALLY b/c she wasn't part of the challenge, I can't say for sure it counts. BUT she does get sent home w/ Chris forgoing a tiebreaker so if her singing was in any way required, that evens it out.
And that is IT! I checked the stats!

Episode 20: Courtney. Now *technically* I'm not sure this should count since she was out of the immunity challenge at that point, so what would be the point? But she was definitely within earshot and not officially out of the game so that's a __MAYBE__ on whether this counts.

Episode 9: Lindsay. "Paris in the Springtime" may have been a Sierra solo, BUT since Owen/Noah sing as well, that implies all other contestants can hear it (though they never say how), which means why doesn't EVERYONE sing in it. This song has a record for most non-singers at 9.

Episode 2: Ezekiel. Unlike all other contestants, he's never officially shown singing in the episode, during the 1st OR 2nd song, and is even called out for it by Chris, but he gets voted out cuz...the Earth has to keep rotating.
(Not counting who doesn't sing in reprise, the main song suffices)

During #TotalDramaWorldTour, they had a rule where "If you don't sing in your respective episode...you're out."
A rule they never even remotely stuck to, so I'll just go over the few instances where TECHNICALLY that happens.

Sorry, I’ll elaborate for the uninitiated: Caleb’s said openly homophobic/racist comments online, and Skup1n’s a fraudster and p3dophile. So…please don’t be like these guys, that’s all I’m trying to say.
Do I wish their medical evacs on anyone? No. But I don’t condone these actions of their’s either
ultranatic.bsky.social
TO BE CLEAR…Caleb and Skup1n are terrible ppl, let’s not undercut that, but Caleb’s evacuation happened the same day as 2 other medical emergencies, and I’d rather not undercut those moments either. Life is precious, let’s make sure we treat it as such with LOVE, rather than hate.

No matter who these injuries happen to, these situations are no joke, and I can only imagine what Jake’s wife and soon to be born (and perhaps NOW born) son would think knowing this info.
(It’d take the son time to even know what’s going on given newborn, but you get the idea).
So my sympathies.

So…on top of the other weird stuff Cartoon Base has been caught doing, does this sound like an advertisement for ChatGPT on their part? Cuz it’s literally phrased like one, and if Cartoon Base is even tiptoeing towards endorsing A.I., that is another drastic step in the wrong direction.

I’d ask if “too soon” is in play here, but…eh, irony is rarely ever kind anyway.

So…was anyone tracking that there’s a version of “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons that includes a guest verse from Kendrick Lamar, or are ya’ll finding this out for the first time also?

If this book got made in the past 20 years, I have to assume they mention Maggot from The Corpse Bride in there too.

Sarcasm mode off, thank goodness someone actually behind a major source of children’s Christian entertainment actually seems to have pure intentions to teach kids good morals and not just “OOOOOH! SINNERS THERE 👉! BAAAAAAD!”
ultranatic.bsky.social
(Imagine me saying this with a sarcastic tone of voice)
Wow! Who’d have known the guy who ended all his cartoon episode with “God made you special and he loves you very much” would show even a hint of progressivism? There were no signs at all!

I think "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" exemplifies American culture more than any other art piece.

Most cultures' folklore involves cautionary tales warning people not to tempt the devil.

The American version has the challenger win because he is way cooler than the devil.

Yea, that sums it up.

Rebecca Sugar helming a Moomin project is an idyllic "you got your peanut butter in my chocolate" scenario. I can't think of a better person for it. Can't wait to hear more about it as it develops!

Got sidetracked today, so am unable to go over this at the time I mentioned, but it'll come in due time.

Ooooooh you are in for a treat!
It literally has the distinction, what if Pixar made a Studio Ghibli film? And it is AS GOOD as that description could possibly sound!
ultranatic.bsky.social
Luca is my favorite Pixar film...yeah I officially decided, I like it better than all of them. Better than Soul, Up, Ratatouille, any Toy Story film, any Incredibles film, just....ALL OF THEM! I could gush over this movie for hours, and I indeed will TMRW here on Bluesky! I can't fucking wait!

Intriguingly, Noah doesn’t sing in the next episode himself, but if we take that rule at face value, he already won! JUSTICE FOR NOAH!
ultranatic.bsky.social
And yes, some songs are only specifically sung by select characters, so not every song applies to every person (GOD THIS RULE IS STUPID), but if this song were meant to be a Sierra solo, I’d overlook that. Except Owen & Noah chime in, meaning everyone can hear it. Why no verses from them?
ultranatic.bsky.social
Seriously, if the rule is “All contestants must sing in each show”, and only Sierra (who didn’t sing in New York), Owen (who didn’t sing in the premiere, due to Chris knocking him out), and Noah sang in that song, that negates every remaining character! That’s amazing in a bad way!
