I like to ask questions about their thought process of a situation & not rush to solve their issue. They have to come to their own conclusion without leaning on me for answers. In my experience the codependency comes from needing me to think and feel your feelings for you. Respectfully, I can’t.
What about if you love a person but struggle with mental health issues? AKA yall love each other but *they* are the problem but in therapy? In order to avoid a codependent situation? I study people and I am curious what the minds of others are like.
